Kathleen O’Grady is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation and the founder of Raleigh Coaching and Authentic Leadership Advisors, where she has supported leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs for nearly two decades.

Her work has focused on helping individuals navigate complexity, pressure, and transition with clarity, integrity, and discernment. Over the years, Kathleen has worked with senior leaders and organizations across industries, developing a reputation for depth, precision, and an ability to name what others sense but struggle to articulate.

Kathleen is also the originator of Authentic Intelligence™ (AQ™), a foundational human intelligence that complements rational and emotional intelligence and informs how people perceive, orient, and respond in high-stakes environments. AQ™ emerged through her extensive coaching and advisory work and now anchors her broader body of thought leadership and inquiry.

As Kathleen prepares to conclude the final Certified Authentic Leadership Coach (CALC) cohort in the Spring of 2026, she is intentionally shifting her focus toward the continued articulation of Authentic Intelligence™ and selective advisory and academic conversations. Raleigh Coaching remains home to her original coaching practice and legacy work.
