We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and service users. When you sign up for coaching or education services, we may need to collect some personal information, including but not limited to, your name, address, email address, mobile phone number, and physical location. Additionally, with your permission, we may send you emails about new services, special promotions, workshops or retreats, or other important updates regarding Raleigh Coaching.
HOW AND WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
When you provide us with personal information to complete an appointment booking, make a transaction, or verify your credit card, we will consider this your consent to the collecting of your personal data and we will use it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?

Raleigh Coaching uses it to personalize content and enhance your coaching experience while using our website. We may also suggest other products, services, and special offers via pop-ups, emails, social media ads, and retargeting marketing activations.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps us to protect your data. However, no company, including us, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.
Should a data breach occur, I will notify you via email within 7 days.
HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data that we process for any purpose shall not be kept for longer than is deemed necessary for that purpose. If you so consent, usage data, profile data, account data, correspondence data, and behavior data will be retained for a minimum period of 10 days and for a maximum period of 10 years. In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, Raleigh Coaching will determine the period of retention based on your choice to remain subscribed to any newsletters, or if you are one of our coaching clients.
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
